Toyota Predicts More Sales;

Toyota has increased its year sales expectations as the yen improves. Income for Toyota may total 350 billion yen for 2010 ending on March 31 with an earlier estimate being at 340 billion yen. The company released a statement with these predictions. Toyota models can be repaired at a Santa Ana Body Shop or other body repair shop. Toyota has had trouble with maintaining its previous level of sales after a long series of recalls that have not stopped in recent months beginning around this time in 2009. However, sales in Europe and in North America decreased by several thousand.
Toyota’s major areas of growth have been in its Japanese, Chinese, and Asian markets. Other Japanese automakers including Honda and Nissan are also predicting increased earnings for 2010. The yen being stronger for the year was not exactly good news for Japanese automakers because this results in decreased profits overseas, particularly for the North American and other foreign markets. Toyota is regaining trust in consumers after its highly publicized accelerator defect recall as well as a global recession that has resulted in decreased sales for almost every automaker in the world.
